For the emergency hover mode, when you are in survival mode and are falling to your doom, the jet pack will automatically make you hover, saving your life. I hope this helps you in any way. :) and thx, i didnt know this did anything with ender IO.
Completely neglected to explain how to charge these but it mostly goes without saying I guess. You can use TE's Energetic Infuser, an Ender IO Capacitor bank, or basically any other block / machine that charges items using RF. Enjoy the tutorial guys :)

So if you already have fallen 50 Blocks it will engage Hover 16 Blocks before impact. I never understand why tutorials go through the recipes for items. They can easily be looked up in the NEI. All you have to say is look up the tutorial in the NEI and then you can get right to the other important stuff like how to charge them.

The MindCrafters yep it's a fail safe that will activate when the player is about to die from fall damage even if you have a an armor that negates fall damage it still activate regardless

11 gears per jet pack one way to save alot of iron, is to use tinkers construct and use a stone gear to make a gear cast each gear will cost 4 resources instead of useing that extra iron per gear

I made The Flux Infused JetPlate in Survival Mode and it took me about 2 hours ...

Are you the one who made the mod? You need to make thruster engines that can be slapped on to different vehicles. Please plan for versions 1.16+.
