This is a 1972 parker concrete mixer with a Lister LR1 diesel engine in it. at the moment there is no drive belt on it because when i changed the headgasket it broke.
We had this same mixer .When our house build had finished it was left to sit under a hedge in our field .15 years later I lifted the lid on that old cement mixer checked there was engine oil in it ,checked there was diesel in the fuel tank(Diesel had been sat in the tank all those years mind ,I didn't add any) Put the starting handle in that engine started up easily still.
