Luffy not attracted to her and beats two of her top people without Haki. Given Cobi wasn’t turned to stone like Blackbeard wasn’t seems like he got a chance at least.

He's an exceptional fighter with insane potential and we see this based on how far he went in just 2 years. He's not the mc so we don't have to expect anything special, and the only reason he seems weak is because we keep comparing him to absolute monsters like kaido, Luffy, Zoro, shanks, or even garp. He's not even a vice admiral yet he's 1 position below which is rear admiral. Compare Coby to anyone in that range and Coby stomps. He's the strongest rear admiral, and soon he'll be the strongest vice admiral. And no we don't count garp as a vice admiral since he retired along with sengoku.

He's an exceptional fighter with insane potential and we see this based on how far he went in just 2 years. He also has a different kind of observation haki allowing him to read the minds of others, he did that in marine Ford when he heard all the soldiers questioning why they were fighting. He's not the mc so we don't have to expect anything special, and the only reason he seems weak is because we keep comparing him to absolute monsters like kaido, Luffy, Zoro, shanks, or even garp. He's not even a vice admiral yet he's 1 position below which is rear admiral. Compare Coby to anyone in that range and Coby stomps. He's the strongest rear admiral, and soon he'll be the strongest vice admiral. And no we don't count garp as a vice admiral since he retired along with sengoku.
