They have been overtaken by some "alien" or creature ( the black water stuff that morphing different shapes)... it somehow lives or combines itself somewhat with humans. It even makes different parts (organs) like the beating heart which was inserted.... after a certain amount of people are "made" on the assembly line it brings them to the area where that powerful alien with the 3 bright lights basically rips them apart.... idk why? So i think maybe the killed mutated people are reincarnated back to just be made again and destroyed... or it was just a one time thing... but the creature at the end seems like he xollects or destroys the actual soul... at first i thought the thing at the end with the lights might have been their god who abandoned them but has returned to collect their souls like it shoild have so they can rest in peace... but i think it wasnt their god... just a part of this weird species that seems to live off our pain or destruction..... anyway hope this clears it up... watch it again and maybe what i think happened will make sense. I could be wrong AF tho lol
How can a person even think of creating something like this. It might sound odd but this seems like a higher dimension or a lifeform so advanced that its hard for our simple life form to even see it . Does anyone else hate that it seems like we just abandoned the cosmos or idk but when i watch this i imagine it being like this somewhere out in the vast universe. Itd be amazing to witness things like this. Well done
Thank you very much! I actually find it difficult to explain how I come up with such ideas. A lot of it is pure intuition and just bubbles out of my head. This is something I have seen in my Nightmares and of which I wrote poetry long ago about such things. I couldn't give the visual until now and watching this was very difficult. I felt like I was going to have a panic attack! I couldn't feel comfortable! Whoever made this animation has a terrifying gift to cause extreme unease, fathomless fear, and yet a fascination with the darkness, to uncover your own Hell.
oh wow, that sounds very interesting! I actually take a lot of ideas from my dreams and am very happy about this gift. I hope I haven't done you any harm with this film. Of course I try to portray the dark and inexplicable visually in my films and it often just bubbles out of me. But I'm actually a really nice guy ;) Thanks for watching and commenting!

DO NOT see this on magic mushrooms, or other strong hallucinogens. Something this evil needs to stay inside the screen and not be allowed to inhabit your head. DO watch this under the darkest conditions possible; otherwise you'll miss half of the impressive rendering and detail, painted in a dozen "shades of black", just because of some screen glare. For me, it conjured up Cthulhu imagery and lore, the music video of "Sober" (by Tool) and the prologue to (the Alien franchise film) Prometheus... although I'm sure the creator's mind inhabits far darker places than these, in order to put in the countless hours to bring such an impressive work to fruition!
Somehow it didn't feel evil to me. Unnerving, sure. Repulsive, definitely. But the whole sequence of events felt very apathetic and mechanical. Like whatever needed to be done was no more malevolent than a hurricane or a swarm of locusts. Disastrous not cruel. So not Lovecraftian itself but certainly inspired by.

We need to get you a hollywood budget quick ,fast, and in a hurry. There's a massive dearth of (good) modern cosmic horror films out there. I think The Void was the last cosmic-horror billed film I thought had substantial merit. (Ok, and The Empty Man, but that had to grow on me thru a few viewings. 😉) Your style is very epic, but still manages to capture the malignant Otherness of whatever that entity was. I'm in awe- respect.
I think either monologue or something like that is needed to make this work. Lovecraft tended to portray horror not by actually portraying it but by showing the insanity of the people that did see it. Lovecraftian horror lives from the horrors being undescribable which is hard to portray for sure. What really creates the tention is seeing witnesses go insane.
@@epimisti I’m the same way. I like the visuals but I spent most of the video waiting for some sort of explanation on what was happening. I think what would’ve worked was some sort of twist at the end, I like to think the planet that’s shown is earth millions of years after some sort of eldritch demon or something conquered the world and started using our bodies as breeding machines. But that’s the point. Cosmic horror needs some sort of human element to compare the incomprehensible with. Even if the fear is in what you don’t know, there needs to be a surface so we can say that we’ve barely scratched the surface. This video looks great and the visuals are pretty ominous but without a concept, they’re just visuals
This is for Tool fans. I like the Lovecraft elements that aren't overstated. Impressive. Great job.😮. It feels very real. And somehow the black and dark colors are normal.

I wanted to tell you I find your art intriguing and excellent. If I had money I would support you. Unfortunately I can only offer the support of my heart and mind. Thank you for sharing.
Elite level visuals but some form of context is needed. I dont know if im watching a sweet 16 party on Beta Reticulon or humans here on earth being scrambled.
Oh, no, it's worse than that. This isn't Hell. It's Heaven. Those are not sinners being punished, but saints being rewarded. Didn't you ever wonder why Lucifer rebelled against God, and why a third of the angels joined the rebellion? Now you know.
Wow. Another masterful work. What you do with light and darkness - the mood, the backgrounds, the details, all working together! I'm no expert, nor am I a critic, but I know what is good, and this is really, really good!
I'm not really sure what to think... Great visuals, to ne sure, but I dont really understand what's meant to be happening. The big box-thing creates a humanoid creature, gives it life, then puts it in a chamber with a bunch of other figures, then... lights up three doorways or somthing? And then suddenly decides to destroy the creatures instead. Like, mystery is important in cosmic horror, but I worry this is overdoing that. You do still need to provide a few key details, in this case I think a concrete reason for the god-like entity to light up the screens before killing the creatures would potentially have given better substance. It would still be mysterious why it was creating these beings just to kill them, but just a bit more information could reinforce the bleakness of that loop. Or, maybe I'm just missing some context clues that were supposed to be obvious.
Dear Johnathan, first of all, thank you for your open and honest criticism! And I absolutely agree with you on many points. All in all, this is purely an art project whose ideas just come in my mind spontaneously and I try to put them together in an overall package. In addition, I always try to create enough room for own interpretations. Moreover, this short film is my first personal shortfilm project. The next Animationfilm(that is already in the making) will strive for a much stronger story aspect. Many thanks for watching!
@@deliriumarts Okay, that pretty much clears up my concerns. I had misinterpreted it as purely a standalone, but if it's part of something ongoing and building up to something, then that gives it a lot more breathing room for unexplained goings on. Thanks for accepting my critique!
Proof that horror can be done without blood and guts. Very nicely done!

This is a very good video great job in fact some serious thought went into this I hope you get discovered and do this for a living
Amazing Works, as a sound designer , i'm really impressed with the sound! And the animation is perfect!
Many thanks! 🔥
Christ this video was trippy as fuck. I was wrecked when I watched this...at night, lights off, headphones on... what a ride 🤘💀🤘
This Is truly amazing. Well done!
Many thanks!
That was amazing.👍
Thank you!
Just W O W . . .
Elite level visuals but some form of context is needed. I dont know if im watching a sweet 16 party on Beta Reticulon or humans here on earth being scrambled.
An absolute true vision of what Hell is like for real.😢
Oh, no, it's worse than that. This isn't Hell. It's Heaven. Those are not sinners being punished, but saints being rewarded. Didn't you ever wonder why Lucifer rebelled against God, and why a third of the angels joined the rebellion? Now you know.
Sick. Just so perfect. Hat off. More, please ❤
many thanks! More will come!
Wow. Another masterful work. What you do with light and darkness - the mood, the backgrounds, the details, all working together! I'm no expert, nor am I a critic, but I know what is good, and this is really, really good!
thanks you very much!
Thanks for accepting my critique!
opening text is awesome.
Thank you very much!
Incredible that this was made by a single person.
Reminds me of this Scorn video game. Great work !
thanks!
The Crawling Chaos ist coming
Great work!!! It reminded me a bit of the Beast and it's Dark Fortress on the film Krull but 50,000X more disturbing.
