How to Change Plan in Netflix !

last month i changed my plan from the 12.99 per month to the 9.99 per month... then a few weeks the regular plan ran out and the new plan started... but guess what, every time i select anything to watch a screen comes up and says ''Your plan does not support streaming on this device.Go to Your account online to change your plan... Log in from your browser, not the app. Maybe you have not subscribed to Netflix yet, or try switching profiles.
