Big thanks to Arnhem Helicopters for a day ill never for get and Ryder for just being an all round legend and good fisherman. Lure: 4.5 Twitch it setup 4-9kg daiwa commander, tatulian 200
Far out! Watching you cross those greasy mud flats I was thinking 'A croc could move pretty quickly across that. I wouldn't want to be in a race with one', and then you crossed that muddy, murky creek! Full on adventure. Great stuff. Glad you survived!
Amazing! This really highlights just how much of an impact we have on our world. The key to truly incredible fishing is usually found in getting as far away from humanity as possible.
Gotta love it when you capture the whole essence of the adventure, how goods Helifishing hey! Love it! To get those Baz inhaling lures like that’s some of the best! And putting the Drone up in those places shows how raw, untouched and alive the place is! Spoilt hey! Great stuff mate, great viewing!
As you said Matt, that is true Australia hey… absolutely brilliant! As fishos we obviously froth over that side of things, but just the place you are exploring in these last couple of videos is unreal mate. Those close up strikes are awesome to watch bro 🤙🎣🔥
Looks freaking awsome sight fishing barra in totaly undisturbed places like that, but you probably grow a pair of eyes in the back of your head whit everything wanting to have you for dinner and the heli ride in🤌
Helifishing- boss move Matty; gotta give you your props. The barra action was terrific- well done. Always something a little spooky when you’ve got one eye on your jig and another on the bank for crocs. Your caution was prudent 👍
You sure have a great channel. I freaked when I saw your header for the video. I thought for sure you might try trolling out the back of that helicopter, talk about living on the wild side. Imagine the views you would have got bringing a trout in.😂
Take the crocs seriously. I did a bushcraft course with an army reserve guy that teaches survival to the military in Northern Australia. Even in NSW he can’t go near a waterhole without putting himself behind a tree, he is so keyed up about it. They are so big, fast and sneaky. You won’t beat them off with your hands. Love your videos!
Magic part of the world there dude. Did my honours camped at the mouth of the East Alligator River counting crabs.... Looks very similar country (big crocs :))
HOt dam iam jelly a R 44 areil shots fishing where , need a 308 /30-06 for those Buff .. Nothing like luring a remote creekin the NT ....They are endangered remember ...and a lever 45/70 //complete with BUSHMANS !!! Yes the best way to NOT attract @ 19:00a croc is to make alot of splashes , that always keeps them away it not like they want to eat you they are misunderstood . Another great vid my man ..Just for the record i maybe wrong with this but ithink man has been hunting with Bows for food for around 6000 + years with out range finders , i could be wrong .....Keep em coming ...Yes yes i am sorry for the bad jokes and sarcasm , if ya post these great videos making me jelly i need to lash out with jealousy ....Tight lines my man + bug spray = good day ...
Boys most of those gafs were still WAY too close to the water if a 5m saltie has a go. Better off just off gearing it and skulldragging it up the bank or risking losing it.
I bought about half a dozen twitch it lures a few weeks back and took them away out west. I got the largest 61/2 inch model to fish for cod. The lure has a great action but sadly the plastic broke at the head of the lure after less than an hour of casting. Not sure if this happens much but it doesn’t seem very durable at all
Fished there several times over the years, if you head upstream its even better but casting difficult due to overhanging mangroves, bit dangerous re crocs as we.
your cinematography and content never ceases to amaze me. You deserve everything you got and get mate keep pushing the limits Matty!
cheers mate. I really hope thats you in the display pic 🍆
