Nice video. I've done several pipes for 2 stroke mopeds without sheet rolling machine and its quite a big job to form these cones with bare hands, hammers and some dies. Im dreaming to buy a rolling machine like yours.
Great vid, need help! Do you adjust the top pin at all or always leave it in the same position ? Im struggling to roll some cones for my exhaust, as i adjust the lower "shaping pin" and bring it up wards, after a while the cone gets so stiff i can't slide it through one side more than the other as you show.. any ideas ?
How thick is that metal? Do you think it's possible to get decent cones just by hand, when using 0.8mm sheets (21 or 22 gauge)? I saw video, where they used hose clamp to get good shape...but of course I would need to get it pre-bent before using clamp.
Great to watch the pipes come together.
Some great tips in there - thanks

@@jomi0087 Some months ago I purchased one small rolling machine but not yet used it for pipes.
Wow, very interesting.
learned a lot. THANKS
A longer lever handle will help roll your cones with less effort and force applied

What slip roll is this? I have been looking for a small diameter roll, this one looks more sturdy than some of what’s on the market.
Woodward Fab 12″ Length Slip Roll is what it looks to be. $300 after shipping and taxes.
Great vid, where do you get the exhaust ends?
Wahl brothers racing sells them
