Nice video. I've done several pipes for 2 stroke mopeds without sheet rolling machine and its quite a big job to form these cones with bare hands, hammers and some dies. Im dreaming to buy a rolling machine like yours.

@@jomi0087 Some months ago I purchased one small rolling machine but not yet used it for pipes.

A longer lever handle will help roll your cones with less effort and force applied

Great vid, need help! Do you adjust the top pin at all or always leave it in the same position ?
Im struggling to roll some cones for my exhaust, as i adjust the lower "shaping pin" and bring it up wards, after a while the cone gets so stiff i can't slide it through one side more than the other as you show.. any ideas ?

How thick is that metal? Do you think it's possible to get decent cones just by hand, when using 0.8mm sheets (21 or 22 gauge)? I saw video, where they used hose clamp to get good shape...but of course I would need to get it pre-bent before using clamp.

What slip roll is this? I have been looking for a small diameter roll, this one looks more sturdy than some of what’s on the market.

Woodward Fab 12″ Length Slip Roll is what it looks to be. $300 after shipping and taxes.
