Thanks Dr. Alisha for sharing this awesome healthy and tasty recipe of cake with us 😁🎂😍🤗 Here I want to share my experience trying this cake three times :- 1)✅ 1st time I tried it turned out yum fab....❤ As i didn't notice that we have to keep the batter thick for the dry one according to the recipe ,So I kept the batter ribbon flowing consistency and didn't remember while making for the second time 😅 2)❌ When I tried making it for the second time I saw keeping her the batter thick so I kept the batter thick and whatever the cake turned out I didnt like it at all 😢.As it had strong smell and taste of jaggery I didn't realise what mistake I made that turned out this way ...ki pehli baar mein toh accha bana tha 3) ✅When I tried making it for the third time ,I followed the whole recipe just kept my batter ribbon flowing consistency AND It turned out amazing and so tasty as It was in my first try 🎉❤ You wont get to know this cake is made without white sugar instead made with jaggery ..As you wont get the taste of jaggery ❤ Then I realised I am not liking the thick batter dry cake which also holds the jaggery smell and taste I liked the ribbon flowing consistency batter moist cake in which you wont get to know in the sweetness that its made up with jaggery 👍😁 You can try moist cake with keeping the batter ribbon flowing consistency,If you dont the like the cake with this video recipe. 🛑You have to follow the whole recipe just change the batter consistency and see the magical difference Vaise jyada chances hai ye difference unhi ko pata chalega jinko suji dry cake pasand nahi aayega 😅

Hi Ma'am, I have a query jb kadai mein cake banana hai toh kis side kadai rakhni hai. Low flame wale burner pe ya hug pe. Yeh confusion mujhe always rehti hai aap dur kr dijiye..
Mam usually i dont bake so i dont have baking powder as well as baking soda but i want too bake this recipe so can u plzz tell the alternative of baking soda and powder
