Butternut squash & Potato Curry Stir-Fry, Slimming Friendly and Healthy

  • I’m using the slimming world curry sauce as a base for this dish. For those following the food optimising plan it’s totally syn free . You can add anything to it but I have recently developed a taste for butternut squash. So that’s what I’m using with potatoes.
    The sauce is a little bland for me as it is so I have to add extra spices to it.
    But it’s very yummy , quick and healthy.
