Hi good morning guys this Chito I'm so happy that they turned over your unit, coz I have also a unit in JEM block 29 LOT 2 it was turnover to me last January 2022, the house is nice but again some areas need to re do it. Check ninyo lahat ng NOD or notice of defects. Kasi yung unit ko May NOD ako up to know Hindi pa nila ginagawa almost a year na ganon pa rin. But again congratulations to both of you and to your family maybe we can meet sometimes in the area coz we're planing to go back home and visit the house

naku mam sobrang ka-stress ang developer 2 months po ata yan pabalik balik kami kaya ending sa contractor na po namin pinatapos...
