Hi there, I'm looking into homes, I've been in Bentonville for 2 years now and looks like tornados IS a thing in the area. Most of these new constructions are pure wood, my question is, is there a "resistency" rating for homes? I think constructors should give us a number on that, cause all we can see is final detais, but the walls are all made of wood and drywall inside the house. I'm trying to buy a home for the fisrt time and I travel a lot, I'd be terrified to live my family in a house that I can't tell if its build well or not. That's why I ask if there is a way for us buyers to know how solid they are. Thanks guys, i've been following the channel for a while now and saving some money to get a nice downpayment.
Thanks for showing the 3rd house.
