Hello ..Very Informative video. Could you please let me know if Support Consultant Role is same as SAP Super User Role? Or is Support Consultant Role and POWER User Roles are same. If not could you please say what is the difference ?

Super/power user are business users (for example a customer service rep) who can provide only basic first level of support whereas Support consultant provided all levels of support.
