पहले बनाता था तो करोंदि सीकूर जाता था आप के तरीके से बनाया तो परफेक्ट बना शुक्रिया मेम👍
चीनी हम लोग कम इस्तेमाल करते हैं इसलिए आधा से कम लिया। नमक भी कम ही डाला जाना चाहिए।

पुरे प्रोसेस में 8-9 घंटे लग जाते हैं इसलिए ज्यादा सा बनाया जाए।
दोबारा बनाया अच्छा बना।शुकरिया।
Ingredients सामग्री
करौंदा- 250 gm
चीनी-375 gm
पानी -200 ml
छोटी इलायची- 2-3
नमक-1/4 चम्मच
थोड़ा चिपचिपा हो तभी उतार लें। ज्यादा देर ना करें वरना सिकुड़ जाएगा।
