      How do they feel? Wrists and fingers. I'm looking to get a keyboard, and all these terms are a bit confusing.
      Does it need low-med-high force to press? I really like the sound.

    • @wil-
      @wil- ปีที่แล้ว

      @@dorcasmalahlela2805I feel it's lighter if your coming from a membrane, and it's a bit heavy if your used to mechanical keyboards, especially something like cherry mx reds, gat reds, or any other switch commonly found in stock keyboards. I do recommend these for the price. In my country, these things are $0.27 a piece, and even cheaper getting the boxes. the weight is 58g for actuation force, which I think is best for me, because I find gat yellows too light. Coming from a membrane, I think this isn't for you, because it may be too light, and will affect your typing speed or gaming performance. The actuation force really depends on the user, cuz my friends and parents find it too light, because most of them come from membranes.
      So in conclusion, yes I recommend this if it's not your first time you tried mechanical keyboards, but if you're from membrane, do consider something else. And for this I recommend jwick ultimate blacks with the 63.5g spring, because it's a similar feel, just linear, and as soon as you get used to it you can try basically any other switch no problem, unless it's heavier. I think it needs a mid press, because this is my 2nd custom I've built now. Good luck, and I hope this helps :D

    The Keebroll cuts are so useful for judging the switches, wish more reviewers did that! Thanks for doing this extensive showcase of the Akko switches.
    Just commenting that for the interference section, you could have presented the data in a table (YES/NO interference as the column headers and the switch name/pictures underneath, pole length and other data optional) instead of just showing them on camera and relying on subtitles, since it makes it much more easier to understand at a glance.

    The cream blues are my favorite tactiles from Akko. This is the only P shaped (early bump) tactile bump from them afaik & they have a clacky sound (high pitch, but not poppy like the crystal blues). I would however swap the springs to a lighter 22mm spring for a snappier feel. At only ~$5.5 from Taobao they are AMAZING value.

    Wow, those were a lot of switches to cover and lube. Thank you so much, wish we could see more love and detailed coverage like this one for Akko switches on TH-cam. You got yourself a sub.
    The only Akko switches I've owned are Jelly Blacks (hand lubed) and Lavenders (pre lubed). I like both linears and tactiles a lot and was looking for something as creamy as my lubed Jblacks(they're amazing on my Keychron v1), but a little bit lighter and easier to press. From all your replies seems like V3 cream yellows would be the answer, but they're out of stock at my local Akko vendor (can't buy directly from Akko because of customs issues).
    Trying to decide between the CS airs and the v3 Cream Blues. I don't really mind tactile, but I doubt I'll find an experience better than the lavenders. Maybe if I lube the CBs heavily enough. Idk, ranting now!
    Anyway, excellent video and thanks.

      if you don’t plan on lubing the pom silvers and want to use them for a prolonged period of time til they get smoother themselves, id say its worth it.
      also as both silver are on the same price point. its only a matter of wether you want it smoother/creamier or you want the crystal body for better rgb.

      Akko switches (aside from the pre-lubed variants) are not factory lubed aside from the dry lube that’s on the leaf which is not thick enough to potentially cause overlubing, you can basically treat them as bone dry switches and just lube them conventionally.
