I decided to go the root and fix it forever.
1) Give the Emergency necessary Rent for the Shelter.
2) Kitchen Equipment and Food supply
3) Clothing & Bedsheets Etc......
4)Income sources
5) Brand new push cart Vendor store
6) Inventory approximately Rs.60'000.00
