Yes you’re right, some form of exercise after eating mimimises the glucose spike you get after eating as does also: savoury only breakfast/having vinegar + water before a meal/eating (when possible) food in this order: leafy greens then fats & proteins & finally carbs & sugars (all forms of sugar no matter how ‘healthy’ create a glucose spike ❤

Hi Dianne , If you like car boots the best one by far in the area if Ford Airfield ( near Arundel ) . It’s a fantastic market including car boot sellers, antiques and house clearance and plants , so lots of amazing quirky stuff . It’s an early start so best get there around 9 if possible . Afterwards you can have a trip into Arundel which is beautiful or or if the tide is out drive down to Climping beach which is sandy near the sea .
Dianne you are so natural. Loved the boot sale haul. Pink top would look good with baggy White Linen trousers. Green Dress stunning. I even liked the style of blue blouse.
