Attended NTSU with Billy.. he was our Idol.. we used to listen to him in his practice room..the scales and power! The Fall Concerts were the living end.. great players.. Jim Riggs, Galen Jeter, John Monaghan, Tim Bell, Lou Marini... really miss those halcyon days of the 60's. Remember seeing the Dave Brubeck Qt. at NTSU with incredible Paul Desmond.. Both Dave and Paul signed my Downbeat magazine after the concert. Monk was on the cover.
Great band - fresh music. Lake and Harper are great as expected , but the trumpeter is a great surprise - sounds so good !

I'm only 13 mins in but the drummer and Billy Harper really complimented each other well on Billy's first solo.
