Saya ONISHI no it’s not. People who are fans of both shows where like “what if we re made Tokyo mew mew ending with Kira Kira precure almode chracters” because they’re so similar. This happens all the time especially if they’re animation students or something

@Sugarluxia Cute but not very plausible. Since Kira Kira Precure, the series the fan-made video took inspiration from, was released just a few years ago, precisely in 2017. Unless you're saying that time-frame is enough in order to develop a full fledged childhood, that is.

The fanmade one is not fanmade its a real anime its one of the many seasons of the anime "precure"

That one is 20's anime where animators have a new artstyle while the Tokyo mew mew is a 90's anime (idk) that's why it was less colorful

I still remember when Kira Kira Precure A La Mode was announce, it gave me Tokyo Mew Mew vibes and I love how these video shows it so well. The fan made video is amazing!!!

While everyone else from the comments already had their input in either to like or unlike either series, both are and always still good to me. And the comparisons also similar as usual, though despite differences in both series, at least KKPC will be the modern TMM, to me, that could have in this gen.

Just to clear everything up for the people wHo cAn’t fRikIng ReaD the ending on the left is FANMADE. (Hence the big letters under the video) Yes the animation is fanmade but both are REAL SHOWS. Kira Kira Precure A La Mode took a lot of inspiration from Tokyo Mew Mew. (which is one of the many reasons why it’s so hated, but that’s a topic for another day.) The animator just mirrored the Tokyo Mew Mew ending but with the Kira Kira Precure characters.

Kirakira is the only Precure I've finished so far. Yeah it was very similar to Tokyo Mew Mew and the obsession with sweets was a bit over-the-top but the characters and music were perfect and the fight scenes in the first half of the series were pretty sweet too
