You can actually get meteorites from the Rayquaza raids themselves. I have 3 now after GO fest london :) I was super surprised when I got another meteorite from the raids.

Can you TM Dragon Ascend away again? And if you can, will that automatically make the Rayquaza unable to Mega evolve anymore even if it has Mega'd before and has a Mega level?

Say if you get your ticket to play at the park for Saturday but also get the city explorer add on - will you get Fest spawns Friday AND Sunday ? In addition to after/before game play Saturday?
Its worth noting that if you have an in person ticket for a later day in the event, you will not start getting mega energy until after the event has started. I had a ticket for Sunday in London and couldn't do any of the rayquaza raids for energy until Sunday, the last day of the event. Which I see after watching this video was not the same for Osaka...

In the park at London Go Fest yesterday no Mega Rayquaza raids at all. For the whole of the afternoon (my ticket time) They WERE around in the greater London area before that though.

If I buy a ticket to the in person go fest in nyc, even if I don’t go, then I get mega energy and the research to get the meteor thing etc. BUT have you ever done that before? Will I get spawns or would I have to be in nyc only? Also would I get eggs and all the other things even if i bought an in person ticket without actually being there? Any idea?
No you have to be there to get the spawns and research. I stupidly forgot to do my park research for diancie at Osaka and the stops disappear at the end and you have to spin them so idk if I’ll get another at gofest global or what happens.

Caught 3 shinies one was in the wild cacnea and a shiny Magikarp out of an egg then did 4 raids of cresslelia and got its shiny now I can focus on yveltal and xerneas and Rayquaza if I'm lucky enough to get in a raid. Wish they put regional in the raids man it would be so epic

We did go fest London yesterday, what a flop in comparison to Japan. All mega raids were fair out from the park chosen for go fest.

you could unlock a second charged attack for the Rayquaza and change that attack for Dragon ascent instead. that way you would keep Breaking Swipe and still have Dragon ascent to evolve? Or at least that makes sense to me, I havent tried it

You're telling me for global its only A: a one day event and B: only giving 60 energy a raid??? So you have to find a group willing to grind 6 of those raids in one day. Legit impossible unless you live in a city. Ill stay spoofing

Yes but it will be whatever the research is for global go fest it won't be the same as the in person go fest events unless when global go fest comes it ends up being the same but in my time of doing go fest the in person events research and the global are different and the research for the in person go fest events is shorter and easier to complete
As long as the rewards are the same (or at least almost the same) i dont really care about different tasks
