This shoot'em up looks a bit weird. The Mode 7 of the SNES was used in a way that it looks like a curved plane. There are also classic sidescrolling stages. The bosses are definitly nice to look at and worth to play the game.
I just realized something: The first section of Stage 3 for this game looks like it takes some inspiration from the first section of the Final Stage or Stage 6 of Salamander/Life Force. The below area which looks like a city I guess starts throwing fireballs up at you just like Salamander’s Stage, which has a similar looking below structure and both have a similar idea of whatever is below starts attacking you with fireballs.
It's too bad this game didn't have a sequal, very interesting bosses and great musik. The side scrolling and top down view mechanics are a nice touch as well. Would be awesome to have a Gradius/Axelay crossover even.

I know I wasn't the only one creeped out by the sounds the final boss made.
