In previous episode, I built a cluster with 5 $6 Loongson computers, many friends came to ask me if it could be turned into a NAS since it has four SATA ports. So on New Year’s Day, I spent some time and ported the OpenMediaVault to the MIPS platform.

不知道内核对zfs支持怎么样？我现在omv装在msata上。然后四块盘做了zfs.

zfs系统开销太大，特别是对内存，不太建议在低端平台使用。个人认为btrfs还需要经过时间考验，最新的内核对btrfs的性能也有提升，未来肯定用btrfs更适合NAS
