Hi Rob, That looks like another great wild camp, with some great sunset and sunrise footage. The weather was also great for you but as you say it can be too hot 🥵. Hope your rugby injuries are healing well. It’s good to see you are out and about making the most of summer. As always I look forward to your next adventure, take care, regards, Chris.
As always, a big thank you for watching and commenting Chris. Glad you enjoyed it. You’re not wrong about the hot weather though and not an ice cream van in sight! Ribs are still sore and I think they will be for a while but it is what it is. Thanks again. Hope you’re well. 👍😊
Nice one Rob, although another cop out on the swim is most disappointing. If you don’t do it in those conditions you’re never going in 😜. Noisier than a drone! Love that 😁. ATB Dave
Ha ha cheers mate. I know you’re right but I’m not kidding, the water looked proper manky. Compared to the tropical looking water at red tarn it was nasty and I was genuinely disappointed. I’ll definitely do it before the summer is done I promise. Thanks for watching mate. Hope you’re well. 👍😊
Cheers for watching and commenting Gordon. Yeah, it was a cracking camp. Itching to be out again but work and other stuff is getting in the way at the moment. Take care Rob 👍😊
Hi mate, thanks for watching. Yeah it was great once all the late walkers disappeared. Was nice to chill with a brew before putting the tent up. I’ve been doing that a lot more in summer and I quite like it. Thanks again Rob 😊👍
Another brill camp there Rob. Well done for taking on Sharp Edge. You’re certainly fearless when it comes to an adventure. I wish I was brave enough to take it on but the more dangerous scrambles just aren’t for me. I think you were in the best place to cope with the heatwave as the mountain tops are probably the best place to get some respite from the heat. I need to get out for a camp again soon. Just not had the opportunity lately and now the weather is breaking up! Have a great weekend 👍
Hi Anthony, thanks for watching. Glad you enjoyed it. I do enjoy a challenge and Sharp edge wasn’t too bad but it’s always in the back of my mind that I’m out on my own should anything go wrong. One slip on Sharp Edge and it could potentially be fatal. We still need to sort out a camp at some point but like you say, the weather seems to be on the turn. Maybe we can try for some time late August, weather permitting . 👍😊
Hi Chris, I’ve been busy with work and general life stuff getting in the way. I’m going out on Tuesday to the lakes with my nephew for a camp and we’re also taking my new paddleboard so there will definitely be a video at some point next week. Hope you’re well Cheers Rob
@@RobsAdventures hi Rob, that sounds great, it will be a good camp in the lakes. Weather should be kind to you too, I m looking forward to the film and paddle board. Glad all is well with you mate, I was getting worried about you. I’m doing ok thanks, a few health issues on chemo etc but ok for now. Take care mate, have a good trip with your nephew, cheers, regards, Chris.

@@RobsAdventures that would be good Rob. I’m moving house in a couple of weeks so as soon as that’s sorted, we’ll pencil in a midweek day for a camp
@@AnthonyJohnson1 Sounds like a plan. Good luck with the house move 👍😊
