When I was in lifestyle magazine 20, 15 years ago as a junior, your publication was every editor’s must-have. Imported magazines in Singapore then were expensive and still are, I couldn’t afford. I recalled this were how we conceptualised every issue theme, developed one ingredients for few recipes or occasions. Now that I am semi-retiring in another island, it is such a luxury to watch your baking and cooking shows slowly and leisurely. This time, not for work but savouring the technics, get inspired, plan what to bake or cook next. How many food presenters these days equipped with such vast knowledge, can provide variations on one ingredient with a snap of fingers! You are still going strong! Thank you Martha!

Dear Martha! As a German who lives near Austria can i say: Never Never ever cook the Apples before! 😱😱😱😱 they get so mushy and it tastes not good! Use raw Apples as they are and its best!
