I just watched "Rise", the documentary about Giannis. It was inspirational and gave me insight on his story. One of the best players of this generation!

Great Movie, Rise, I always love Giannis since I first saw him in his rookie days.. His determination is incomparable, his will is unmeasurable, his tenacity is indefensible, his hardwork is indescribable, Giannis is one of greatest story in NBA’s History, ever..

It does equal talent but in ncaa talentwise. For example Espn analysts slandered Doncic before the draft when he played with actual grown ups in europe. US prospects are 6'5 black teen puts up 40 against 6'0 white teen. And that's why a lot of them fail on the professional level

They say the 2020 nba draft is weak. That's what they also said back in 2013. You'll never know if you'll find a gem no matter how 'weak' the draft may appear. All it takes is hard work and passion. Look at Giannis. 💪👍👍

I remember meeting Giannis in September 2013 while in the 7th grade. His younger brother Alex was a grade below me so he would often come right into our school to pick him up. One day, at my locker, I turned around to leave and bumped into a very tall man. I looked up and it was Giannis, after I said "I'm sorry, my bad". To which he said in his thicker accent back then " you all good man, have a good one". Apart from his physicality, he has not changed since the early days. How he is today is how was back then and we should treasure that. His mother Veronica and father Charles were very kind to me as well.
Watching this now that giannis is officially an NBA champion and Finals MVP!! Just makes this story even greater
