  • 5-Hour Rule
    With this 5-Hour Rule, you will start it on a Monday through Friday. Spend 1 hour every weekday of the year, and develop a habit of reading a book outside of your field, or if you need to develop your skills to be the best version of who you are or want to learn a certain course. And after you’re done, you can take a 3x5 card and write what you learned from that day. So, after I write everything I learn daily, I put or store the cards in a shoebox. And then, at the end of each month, you’re going to take this shoe box out and read each card and see what you learned that you can apply as a person, into your business, or your skills.
    And as for me, I want to continue developing my skills as Fitness Coach.
