I have loved phantoms since I first saw them. I grinded for the phantom armor set, have a phantom themed den, screamed when pet phantoms came out and am proud to say that phantoms are my favorite animal in animal jam.
Maybe the reason they decided not to add the antlers to the moose is because a female moose does not have antlers. So they made it an option to buy antlers in shop to stay scientifically accurate if the player wanted to be a female moose.
@Sayafare My guess is that AJ cared a lot more about being scientifically accurate with animals during classic since they had that Nat geo wild partnership. But with the AJPW, since most of the updates came after nat geo wild dropped Wildworks, the developers made the executive decision that a moose is more recognizable with the antlers compared to without them so they just stuck it on. This is just a possible idea though, bc aj still added the giant moose antlers- although I haven't seen what happens if you pop those antlers on a moose with antlers. 🤷♀️
These are mostly respectable opinions. I like the occasional silly goofy animal in S tier. Tigers should’ve been higher though (no I will not settle for B tier). I honestly think model-wise they’re better than the wolf and if it weren’t for some bad clothing options they’d be objectively better. I think my favorite animal in ajc has to go to the snow leopards??? I feel like their design is so wonderful I love how strong they look and the shape of their tail and head is super solid. So many items look great on them and their play animation is them FIGHTING 💀. But for sure close other favorites has to be raccoons, skunks believe it or not, coyotes, damn even the wolves honestly like you said you just can't go wrong with the wolves. I think so many animals are very well designed in classic.

My favorite animals are the polar bear crocodile capybara Komodo dragon sloth penguin moose all E tier or F and then this list looks like it was made by my little sister because A and above is a bunny, a skunk, a piggie pie, a raccoon and at least we have a line. And oh dear, there's a deer. I love the deer but come on man like the polar bear and alligator are way more badass than the bunny and the capybara is not just a meme. It's a beloved animal, a handsome man at best respect the capybara man respect the handsome creatures! 🐗🕶️🏜️☀️
