Brings back memories! One thing that bothered me back in the day is you couldn’t get a clean sine wave as it was 8 bit and there was artifacts all over the place! But these days thats actually pretty cool😅
What A Machine!!.. I loved it since 1978 with the Commodore 64. PS1 was not the first, it was the Amiga CD32 produced in 1992. 3 years before the PS1. I had all models and miss it all. I worked my ass off for each model. Amiga 500 then 500 Plus. Next was the Amiga 600 I paid £340. The Best was the Amiga 1200/4000. Lastly was the Amiga CD32, Paid £280. OctaMED was Amazing released in 1989. Never forget Deluxe Paint lol..
Do you happen to have some links to any decent Synth patches for this program? I found an old bank on aminet - med-synths.lzh but they are pretty terrible. It would be great to have some presets to study.... Thanks! 🎧💙👍
I'm afraid I don´t remember having more than a few simple patches that came with Octamed. I can share my own patches if you like, mail me to: efren1973@gmail.com

Thank you for making these tutorials! The documentation was pretty scant and this is info I could have really used 30 years ago 😅💙👍

have problem with a octamed 6 (I can’t navigate the sequencer) :(
Thank you very much!
Hi, have you got some SynthSounds to share, maybe? I'm trying to make a PWM synth and I'd like to see some ready presets to make some practice :)
Do you have a link for where you downloaded octamed?
Download Amiga Format cover disk no.62, it has Octamed 5
