1: search dripping effect and download an image
2: open picsart and open the pic u wanna edit
3: click effects and go to magic
4: click effect undead (i think) and click three dots on the corner of the fade thing
5: fade = 75 and save
6: click tools -> enhance
7: enhance= 1 saturation= 10 and save
8: click cutout -> dotted shape = 23
9: outline your person/face and click arrow
10: click brush tool and full in all the missing spaces
11: click erase to erase parts u dont want in it
12: click eye to erase background
13: click save
14: go back and create new canvas
15: go down and click colour background
16: sticker -> my stickers
17: add photo
18: click drip effect photo
19: adjust and click blend
20: scroll and click lighten -> adjust
21: stickers -> search circle background -> choose one u like
22: opacity -> 100
23: click the two sheets button on the top next to eraser
24: click move down twice
25: save

For the ones that don’t get how to put the circle on the back what i did was pick the one i wanted then clicked on the eraser thingy then on the bottom clicked background and there that’s all you have to do👍🏽

@Black Phantom Cat you to have edit it using the icon beside that moving icon intend for, its like the eraser icon on top there are options where you can fix the sticker appearance..
