Fun fact, God Vegeta isn't the only Custom Vegeta to get this one's supers and soul, Base and SSJ4 _also_ get them. Anyway, Vegeta is easily my favorite character from the bunch, he's insanely strong, fast, versatile, and fun with how much of a combo demon he is.
Basically, Ultra Super Villain is a new transformation discovered by Fu and he gave it to Vegeta and Rose Goku Black via that big crystal on their chests.
