Total floor area 45m².
Option B
Main lounge 6m x 5m.
Dining 3.6m x 3m
Total floor area 40.8m²
Sir please these two living spaces which one is bigger and better?

With the area data given, it's clear that 45m² is bigger than 40.8m². Hence option A, is bigger as it would take more area/space to actualize.
On whether option A or option B which is better?
It boils down to personal preference of the individual/client.
Option A seems to have more features but less main lounge area while B, has less features but more main lounge area.
