Conwy Castle is mighty impressive, and glad to see you got some food after leaving what you made at home! And that mountain... Saw a curiosity at my local station last weekend - thought it was an HST set but it wasn't. Yes, it was powered by a couple of Class 43s, but it was a Network Rail track monitoring train. Never seen that before! Neat stuff. Wish I had the confidence to do something like this!

I'm going on a solo trip in England at the end of the month! I'll travel by train till Bangor and then take the ferry from Holyhead to Dublin. Can't wait!

Brilliant its amazing to see this line again as i rode this route to Bangor in 2019 which is a nice city also visited Conwy & Lianfairfechan which are all lovely and in general this is a lovely route to ride with its scenic views and id def ride it again awesome vlog as always

Day 6 of Exploring North Wales By train was as always very interesting indeed to watch G and il agree with you about how the scenery was with the mountains you kept on seeing and the beaches too and it’s always nice to know the TFW staff always welcome you with opens arms and the conductors on that line are legends I look forward to the next time when you visit North Wales as I’ve definitely enjoyed this series carry on being awesome G keep up the good work take care and stay safe

Nice video G. I did some research to answer the question you posed about 02:10 The river was called "Cynwy" first, then an abbey was founded nearby and called "Aberconwy" n 1186. The monks were persuaded to move to make way for a castle and new town (both called "Conwy") in 1283.
Thanks for brightening my day once again, me and the mrs had a two night stay at Colwyn Bay pre plague. We enjoyed the train rides, Colwyn to Conwy then Conwy to Llandudno Junction then to Llandudno for tea at the wetherspoons! Conwy wasn't a request stop then, will have to remember that for our next visit! Blessed day 😀💜

When at the Junction G ..a visit to Enoch's fish and chips right near the station is a must ..ive also stayed at the premier inn you mention .. love the North wales coast and regularly go there
I love this area of the country, and would like to have met you. The trains all used to stop at every station between the Junction, and Holyhead, until Conwy station was opened in the 80's. I hope that you will continue with the North Wales Coast, and Conwy Valley areas.

Did you notice the brand new trains on trail at Chester , was there Wednesday and there were two of them , still with the covers over the seats class 197 and the class 175 with a carriage missing ?
Will you be visiting Anglesea and to visit the village of Llanfairpwllgwyngyll which has got the longest single used name in the world. As your Welsh accent is so beautiful. And yeah it does look very windy. And why is the bus stop outside Llandudno Junction got platform 5 signage which is very odd to see. Still keep up the good work lady. “SQUISHY BABIES”. 😄
