The concern regarding DCF and IC in South Africa is the availability or absence of uniform factual data resulting in substantial difference of the end result. Uniformity is essential for acceptance by more specifically the users of valuation reports. The application of more than one method simultaneously may contribute to the accuracy of any report.

How nice to see Mr Crosby again. The last time was at at Trent Poly in 1986 during valuation lectures and the use of more than one YP. Keep up the good work.
