Thanks for the video. I was there in 2018. I will go back again. I have enjoyed this resort the most so far after visiting about 7 resorts in Cuba. On the same note, I want to try a few more resorts in Trinidad and Varadero, but if they have a good price here, this will always be my first choice. Although I was not in premium, everything that is available in a 5 star resort was here.

Hello Martin Did you have a wristband during your stay at this hotel? Heard that during check you are given a green or gold wristband. Green means you will be treated poorly and gold means you are VIP level. Have you noticed anything regarding this?
the green bracelet means that this is the first time you go and the other bracelets (different colors each year), it means that it does more than once. Even people with green bracelets are very well served, no difference ... 10 times for us at this place
Visited once and NEVER AGAIN We had bugs in the room cockroaches, and some small ones, food was covered with house flies, so we are only boiled eggs, bananas and yogurt... We complained, changed 3 times rooms, no luck. Left hotel 1 week earlier paid for 2 weeks stay. Had to pay Sunwing extra 300.00 to come back earlier...so no not s nice place I wouldn't go there again if it was for free... didn't sleep or eat whole week... nightmare is what we went through...
I am sorry to hear. When I went in 2018, I had a great time and did not have that experience. I ate in many a la carte restaurants and the main dining room and did not experience problems there. Cockroaches and no kitchen. Was this recently?
Revisiting this video. Flies on the food. I wonder if you wrote the review for the wrong resort. So completely different from my experience. I am surprised that Sunwing did not transfer you to Premium or another resort.
