His name is Jesus Christ you can invite him into your life at any time and talk to him. You will see that right there you will find comfort, peace and love that does not exist in this world. I personally did it half a year ago I invited Jesus into my life (it was dark times) and it changed my life and I found comfort hope and unconditional love. But today, the propane and wood stove make me warm. A candle is lit. Water is boiling for dishes. And the soft rain is enchanting me. I'm not sure if it's period related, but I read somewhere if you sit on the wall and you back is on the floor with your feet against the wall it helps alleviate some pain. Also anti inflammation foods may help. ❤

That’s our little escape pod whom no one can get into. So when things get really hard or pain and suffering looms, don’t look for a fix outside or distract yourself as we most often do. Rather, go within and allow the music to ease the pain. Sit with the pain and then breathe deeply and exhale every bit of molecule of pain, allow the false ego to dissolve. I need you to understand that recently, my therapist and I discussed that I take little care of myself- morning routines being the most obvious. I would throw clothes on, never eat breakfast, and start the day stressed with an aggressive alarm. And while I was about to scroll on my phone, this popped up in my recommendations. I needed this today.

I have my family with me but I am not close to them I never been close to my mom and my dad have mental problem so he can't help me , I lose hope when I have no one to share my things but fortunately God gifted me friend like sister 16 years ago and I do share with her but life gets hard then and we are busy in our own life...but still se talk but it doesn't feel like she knows me coz I don't know who I am and what I suppose to do with my life ,, as I don't have someone to tell me what is better for me
I did it all by myself, I lost my friends (may be the people who pretends to be my friend) but then I struggle to make friends, life gets messy and dark , calling God constantly but feels like he is not listening..maybe I was worng, he cares about me , he loves me ❤ and I do believe that because I feel things are better now

Good morning. I live in Portland, Oregon in a half-built bus house. There’s a lot to do and I don’t always have it in me. I live with several disabling conditions. But today, the propane and wood stove make me warm. A candle is lit. Water is boiling for dishes. And the soft rain is enchanting me. I’m reminded of spring and everything I’d like to do on this small plot of land I live on for my landlords. My cat is curled in front of the fire. I am content enough. I am safe. I'm not sure if it's period related, but I read somewhere if you sit on the wall and you back is on the floor with your feet against the wall it helps alleviate some pain. Also anti inflammation foods may help. ❤

Woke up early early today for my workout before work. That’s our little escape pod whom no one can get into. So when things get really hard or pain and suffering looms, don’t look for a fix outside or distract yourself as we most often do. Rather, go within and allow the music to ease the pain. Sit with the pain and then breathe deeply and exhale every bit of molecule of pain, allow the false ego to dissolve. I promise you, you’ll be stronger than anyone around you. And here’s a tip - you’ll immediately recognize the pain or insecurity in others as they try so hard to project their unhealed wounds on you. I am 62 years and loving life alone. I tell myself everyday, I am deeply loved. And no person will be allowed to stay with me who doesn’t have my best interest nor willing to serve my highest good! Be joyful not happy! Joy is within and happiness is a result of your circumstances. But if you need to be happy- of course! Enjoy the moment but don’t cling to it. Phew!!! That’s a mouthful… apologies, I get carried away! ❤
