Don’t worry about visa expiry as your application is in process. Why your PSW is taking that long?
@@studenthelpuk7957 I really don't know actually I have just one name Kiran so in passport there is no surname but in BRP they mentioned surname Kiran but no given name so while applying they asked is the name are same on both things I mention no after that every thing went smoothly but after the payment deductions. In the further documents they said to book an appointment for finger prints and face scan which I did according to the guidelines and yesterday I got an email as I mention in chat

I submitted my biometrics on 14th Aug2023 and interview happened on 4sept 2023. But visa decision is still awaited...can any one suggest when i can get the decision
Try paid enquiry
I did paid enquiry two times
and also called them 6-7 times. They aren't sharing any updates or time lines. Shamelessly they say every time, work is being done on your application. Once the decision is made, you will be informed. I escalated 15 days back, they replied to wait for 15 days and then contact with them. When, today I checked after waiting 15 days, they are saying to wait for another 15 days and don't contact them before 15 days. This is a completely ridiculous service and equally humiliating and insensitive response. I am forced to spoil my 1 year if I don't get a visa in the next one day.

Having checked your application, I can see a decision has been made and your Visa Application Centre (VAC) was notified to release the passport. As such you should receive correspondence shortly, if not already, regarding the return of your documents. I strongly advise that you do not attend the VAC until notification is received as your passport may not be ready for collection. We strongly recommend that you do not buy a non-refundable, non-flexible ticket to the UK, until your visa application has been approved and you have received your documents.

Sir my biometric submission date is 8 september under priority service nd i did paid enquiry on 18 september after that they did fund verification on 21september my classes are already started on 20 septembe and university ne bola hai ke 2 october ko country visit hona chahiye nd still i did not get any response from embassy
