- @BMDPortraits shares another realistic pencil portrait drawing tutorial and challenge featuring One Piece Live Action (Netflix Hit Series) main character Luffy. This drawing tutorial forced me to draw quickly because I had to finish the drawing within a day. But because this is somewhat rushed I decided not to use colored pencil but the quickest pencil medium to work with, the General's Charcoal Pencil with the white pencil on Strathmore Mixed Media Toned Grey paper. This pencil drawing challenge and tutorial will show that it is possible to create a piece, faster without losing the quality and realism of the drawing. This portrait drawing tutorial video is recorded using the English language and has an English subtitles, to reach more people who are interested in art, drawing, portraiture or pencil artists young and old and beginners. You will see the entire drawing process from sketching, to building shadows to shading and blending and adding details.

There are many artists who draw on white paper but very few who draw on gate paper and the fun of drawing on this paper is something else which is visible in your drawing

Hello which paper are you using to draw with charcoal pencils,,, I just found out Strathmore paper has many series,,, series 300, 400,,,,
i have all d series....but if u want cheapest , go with 300
