Nick!! This video was life changing! I’ve been stuck on who to target and what services to offer. I’ve been in recruitment for a significant amount of years and I can easily enter this market. Will you please do a case study/ how to video & show how you would build out the 4 Recruitment systems we can sell? This would be invaluable to me and so many others. Thank you so much for creating this channel. 🤗
Well done ✔️ 👍 I'm 58 with the need to learn a new career after an accident. So finding orthodontists, that need a cold email automation, social media automation , etc How about targeting my old industry since I know the "lingo"? Roofing big ticket but a shorter life cycle? 🤔
Hi Nick! I love your videos. You always add a ton of value! I was intrigued by the first industry you mentioned. Aren't B2B Tech companies much more likely to try to do the necessary automation in-house?
Off topic, but any tips on how you are able to talk for long periods of time without saying 'um'? Was there any sort of practise or resource that helped you?
Competence & practice. 1. Competence: Don't talk about what you know nothing about. Otherwise you will pause and insert verbal "ums" -- to give you time to make shit up. If you know what your talking about like the back of your hand, it's like reading from a book. Do you say um when reading out loud? No, bc the information is right in front of you, same with speaking if the information is available in your mind. 2. Practice: Record yourself speaking regularly. Download a recorder app on your phone, and practice synthesizing ideas via speaking into it regularly, then listen to yourself, acknowledge mistakes, intend to correct next time, rinse, wash and repeat this cycle until you eliminate all speaking tendencies you don't like.
Amazing video and perfect timing! I’m just in the stage of niching down and currently working with accountants and bookkeeping businesses. The insights you’re providing are incredibly valuable. Any suggestions on refining my approach for this niche? Thanks for the fantastic content!
There is nothing better than watch ur videos in the morning ( cet zone ) as a motivation to start the day ✌️ .. btw : when will be a give away for community membership 😉🤣 ?
~80%, but I had one VA and did everything else myself. Average agency model is lower, probably 50% operating, which is still better than most other verts
Hi Nick, loved your video, as always! Could you please explain how can I record my billable hours and send them to my client if I am providing a Stripe automation services for an agency?
Hey you keep talking about the PM Systems in Click Up! Could you make a video on one of these systems for a creative agency or sthm? Really appreciate your videos!
I've been working with make for a couple weeks now, following the make academy. Although I'm sure it's good for some I've already forgotten most of what I've learned. I've been interested in your course. Is it taught differently? I've been out of work 6 months and unemployment runs out in 3 months so I'm wondering if this might be a good option.
Hey Nick, great video! Not entirely sure how I get ahold of you here to ask this but I’m a solopreneur and actually created a video reading cold reach automation (took about a month) and referenced this video. The results were pretty good considering how I did it but I mention this video at the beginning. Just want to make sure it’s cool if I do. The video is in editing phase and I haven’t uploaded it yet. Thanks!
@@nicksaraev Thanks man. Quick Q for yah. This content focuses a lot on B2B. I'm looking for more business to customer as a music producer. Any recommendations/directions you can point me in for that?
Hey Nick, solid breakdown on those automation niches! Love how you got specific with the pain points and solutions for each one. Quick question: With AI moving so fast, where do you see automation agencies headed in the next couple years? Think we'll need to specialize more, or will the game change entirely?

Good stuff here! I work in the staffing industry so I know the stuff you said about the challenges we face is legit.
Thanks and glad to hear Tony 🙏
The pace at which your channel grew is amazing. Quality content
100% because of the outpouring of support from people like you. Appreciate you 🙏
Oh you are an Alberta guy too. That’s awesome.
This is hugely helpful. Thanks Nick
Very valuable Nick! I love that you're one of the only channels that actually cut to the chase, provide value without any BS

Roofing, if they hire door to door, you could create a recruitment and lead qualification bot for acquiring employees.

I think there are AI programs that edit out filler words. Loom has something built in. 😂 But Nick might just be well spoken.
He doesn’t need to edit them out. He just has a lot of practice!
@@automateprocesses Nick doesnt edit shit, he Is just built different.

another thing you can offer to recruitment agencies is automated qualifying/appointment setting using AI diallers

Nice. Great timing on this one for me.

Nick, how do you handle the usage? Do you make your clients an account for each tool you use and they pay for their usage?
Does your community program get into other ways of automating lead gen besides cold email?
