They said in part 2, in the comments of this video, and made a separate explanation video that it was a mistake.

Mirko's skin is lighter than default..so did u change it to light on purpose..cause it's not like u forgot to change the skin tone

No bcs ofc you get comments about mirko but I saw an reaction when half of characters (deku,bakugo etc.) were black and the comments were saying it's alright and the designs are cute lol
Yeah exactly. There was this one girl who made Deku black and when people started calling her out she said those comments are racist and that black Asians are underrepresented. Like that makes it okay to change the skin of a character
