I went to GW this morning and found a Foxcroft wrinklefree, crisp, white shirt, a soft, black denim dress by Ralph Lauren and a new mustard -coloured beret donated by Target! Senior discount was the icing on the cake....
Amazing finds as always! I love the LRL with the ruffle collar - that Faherty sweater from Dillards would look amazing over the denim on denim look (though I saw the comment below about pilling, that’s a bummer). But might be cute enough to be worth it…
I just watched two videos out of order so I’m referencing your newer one where you said you can’t find an outfit to go with a men’s tie and I feel the oversized white shirt with black pants could go with a tie🤔
Talking about stripes. Would you be able to explain why some designers choose stripes that are pleasant and some cause a migraine? Maybe it’s just me but, it’s a thing.
Love the RL shirt. I am thrifting denim and men's button downs like crazy it seems. Just got a white Calvin Klein men's button down that I am loving. Shocked no stains or yellowing even underarms. Wear most of them as overshirts. Mainly wear hiking or walking the neighborhood as that is what I mainly do in life :). Maybe an elevated staples thrift for each season and also show how they can overlap.
Definitely can recommend some good spots depending on where you’ll be. Downtown Orlando has some great vintage stores and pretty much any goodwill out here is good because they are so spread out so they really aren’t picked over. Just be careful when google searching because a lot of them are just donation drop offs. I made that mistake a few times 😂 Have fun on your trip!!!! ❤️

I think a plain black belt would elevate that Tory dress or a cream snakeskin. I ran into this woman I see on 1/2 off day at the Salvation Army and she used to work for Ralph Lauren many years ago. She said he would sort of snap at people (which wasn’t his nature, so she says) if they mispronounced his name. He would say, I’m an American designer, nothing French about me! 😊 Her daughter was a former ballerina and now has a hugely successful thrift store, sold almost 4600 pair of vintage denim, etc. Skullsnbunnies…Etsy I think
Aren’t they amazing?!? They are zara. Look to be pretty new. They have a large metal side zipper and very light gray stripes if that helps any with tracking them down. ❤️
Thanks for the thrift trip! I have that Faherty Bethany Yellowtail Sweater. It is beautiful and I love it BUT it pills horribly and is very hard to depill because it is so textured. 🫤

Foxcfoft is such a an underrated brand for how crisp those shirts are!! I used to love picking them up at the bins whenever I found them 😊❤️
