Thank YOU 🫂 for helping me understand what’s been happening to me 💐 I thought I had conquered my anxiety disorder years ago only to realise these last few days when I got stressed it reared it’s ugly head bigger than ever 😪 But I got this 🫶 But just was so shocked as I really did think I conquered it Which I know I really did But have been high functioning anxiety since & only see this now from this bout of stress that brought it to my attention Hence searching for answers to why I came across your videos Which I’m so grateful to have found Thanks again 💕
You're welcome, Jo! I'm so glad this episode was helpful for you! Stress can definitely bring up anxiety. I always like to refer to this saying: "In moments of stress, we regress." It doesn't mean it's permanent, it's just very common and it's totally possible to work through once you have the awareness and tools to support you. 😊
