I did actually save a friend once at school, dude wanted attention so he climbed this balcony's fence, the way down wasnt that far but it was looking down on some stairs, after climbing over the fence. The guy thought he could hang onto the ledge and then climb back up, but ended up being stuck, so he decided to jump down to the stairs, I quickly got under him, as soon as he dropped his leg slipped on the tip of the stairs and was about to fall back potentially causing damage to his brain, I grabbed him by his back and supported him to stand up straight. Dude started thanking me since then. And didnt even get any attention after all of that. Stay safe guys.
I saved a life of a single person during my 8th grade year. I called the cops on her, literally. She was cutting herself while we were on the phone and I searched up her Facebook account, found her mother's profile, called the cops and they located her house and stopped her before she hit any major arteries. This is a message to all kids of any age: Don't keep secrets from adults when a friend needs help, even if it ruins your friendship. I'd save that girl 1,000,000 times again before even thinking about not telling anyone to get her help.

More like the whole world. If people were still alive from the chlorofluorocarbons disaster, the terrible wheat production disaster, the Chernobyl disaster but only if the radioactive liquid core was melting straight to the pool with possibly a steam exposion, survived World War III, or the nuclear war against people with Stanislav Petrov and the United States, you're pretty much done for still with hunger, and with all that radiation because humans are NOT supposed to have radiation like that, you would've died in a few days or weeks with skin cancer.
Fun fact: Clair Cameron Petterson (the geochemist who fought against lead in gasoline) was also the man who proposed the age of the Earth which we still uses and accept as most accurate today at 4.5 billion years, thanks to his research on lead and uranium decay.
I think that Dr. Semmelweiß deserves some credit too, the guy who "invented" (ordered), that when giving help during a birth, you should always wash your hands. It's as simple as that, but it surely saved many lives, as children and mithers died often before he introduced it.

Edit: Also, They didn’t save millions in this scenario but when I was 3 I had been diagnosed with leukaemia and the doctors saved my life, the treatment messed up my legs and I have to get a stent in my ankles in a year or two, but since then I’ve been doing great and can’t thank the doctors enough.
well he did make toxic gasses that were used for MURDER and made ammonia witch was also used for explosives so he could murder even more innocent people...... So basically he's a very evil man that deserved to die but leave religion out of this
Ananenko, Bezpalov and Baranov didn't die few weeks later they actually lived longer then they said Baranov died in 2005 and Ananenko and Bezpalov are still alive I know that this video is 2 years old but I couldn't stop myself. Have great day everyone.
Mr Slav: Just wanted to correct you on one small thing: The three pump room divers of Chernobyl actually lived long after their actions. One of them died in 2005 of a heart attack, and the other two are reportedly still alive. Great video otherwise.
Let us pay tribute to the man who discovered the novel Coronavirus but was shunned and ignored by not only the Chinese Communist Party but by almost all the world leaders. He could've saved us all if the world just backed him up.
Alexei Ananenko, Valeri Bezpalov and Boris Baranov didn’t pass away just weeks after. One of them died in a heart attack in 2005 on the two others was registered a live in 2015
Since you probably couldn’t include every single person who saved millions, one I’d like to name is Alan Turing, the English mathematician who developed a machine to decipher secret codes used by Nazis during WWII. His contribution not only ended the war sooner, but saved countless people from becoming casualties of the war. However, when it was discovered he was a homosexual, he was arrested, as homosexuality was illegal in Britain at the time, and instead of being honored as a hero, he was treated like a criminal. He eventually committed suicide due to the suffering he endured. Only recently people are starting to recognize him again, and see him for who he was; not just as the father of modern computing, but as a lifesaver.
8:00 these brave men did **not** die a few weeks later, one suffered a heart attack in 2005 and the other two are still reported to be in the industry, last seen in 2015. Please fix, thank you.

11:20 feeling sad about that guy....
Roasted just of religion...
well he did make toxic gasses that were used for MURDER and made ammonia witch was also used for explosives so he could murder even more innocent people...... So basically he's a very evil man that deserved to die but leave religion out of this

Please fix, thank you.
the last two probably would of caused all of humanity to die
Fact: those three men didnt die in chernobyl they survived one of them died a few years later from a heart attack

"sounds like a great premise for a book i would read"
reminds me of when I wrote a book when I was 12, it was called "And the Ashes Will Fall" it was about a man named Samuel who lived in utah in the 1960s, the cuban missile crisis basically turned into full on nuclear war, it was sci-fi because the guy was like immune to radiation somehow and like turns out there's this puppeteer who basically controls the strings of the governments of the world it was crazy
After this can you do top people who killed millions plz
that would be cool, but if we can be honest, we probably know most of those people
number 1 probably genghis khan cause he killed 40 million people in the 13th century
