● 17:28 to 17:52 - The speaker says if TLP cares about Muslims, why doesn't it help Mahrang Baloch, Manzoor Pashteen, Interior Sindh and South Punjab’s people Saad Rizvi literally personally visited Mahrang Baloch’s Islamabad dharna and TLP has supported the recent Gwadar dharna, condemning state violence against peaceful protesters. The fact you don't know this shows how poorly you have done research on TLP. Regarding the people of Interior Sindh and South Punjab. Literally one of our worker was martyred in Nawabshah, Sindh just because he was hanging a TLP election poster after a successful rally by Saad Rizvi in Nawabshah so saying we don't go there is an absolutely false statement. Also any person who has done good research regarding TLP will know when all politicians were busy fighting during the historic flooding, Saad Rizvi personally visited South Punjab and Interior Sindh and TLP led one of the biggest aid and rescue campaign in all of Pakistan distributing crores of rupees worth of aid material.

Just go to Mansoora and you will find the parking lot full of double cabins, SUVs and other expensive cars. Even the good old Siraj ul Haq travels in a SUV, does that mean he's not simple?
● 8:05 to 8:08 - The speaker claims the establishment fueled and funded TLP's Faizabad Dharna in 2017 This is a false claim, the establishment didn't help TLP anyway during the dharna, if they had helped us we could have saved our 8 martyrs. The only thing which you could come up with will be the visuals of a Ranger official distributing money among a few common protesters most importantly after the dharna ended. We can agree that the 2017 Faizabad dharna was beneficial for the establishment in the sense that it weakened the PML N government but the events of the next year prove that TLP didn't take directions from anyone (It will be discussed further in this article).

Regarding different ideologies, Islam in itself is an ideology, if you want to explore or practice other ideas in the boundaries set by Islam, no doubt you can do it unless it contradicts Islam.

The Chief Justice didn't take advice from any Islamic institution or scholar during the first judgment of the Mubarak Sani case. It was only done during the review petition!! These and several other mistakes I pointed out in the article show the gross lack of knowledge of the speaker!!
● 2:34 to 2:47 - The speaker talks about why TLP's deputy placed head money on Faiz Esa The speaker tries to pass off the case and it's judgment as just “the law wasn't imposed at the time of the act (crime)” Firstly, who told you that law wasn't imposed at the time of the crime? The law was just amended (in 2021) after the crime (distribution of corrupted version of Quran) took place. Just go read the previous version of the law (before it was amended) known as “Quran act, 2011” in which the punishment is at least 3 years of imprisonment. The speaker spoke on the same lines as mainstream media covered it after the first judgment regarding the Mubarak Sani case was given by the SCP. Did the speaker not read both the verdicts and hear the opinions of legal experts or is it intentional misinformation being spread by EON and the speaker? Other than this, why didn't the speaker tell that Faiz Esa and his associates allowed Qadyanis to do Islamic practices and propagate their false beliefs in private (read paragraph 42 of the judgment) which contradicts article 298B and 298C of Pakistan Penal Code? Now is this yet another example of his lack of knowledge on the subject he's confidently discussing or was it intentionally done? These are questions which EON and the speaker have to answer!

Was it mentioned in the official press release published after the nationwide protests held on 28th of July, 2024? All the people who placed the bounty on the head of Faiz Esa did it personally, TLP never officially endorsed this and nor is it the policy of TLP regarding Faiz Esa. Our demand regarding Faiz Esa is that he be removed from his post, his name be put on ECL and he be persecuted under article 6 (which even MNA Abdul Qadir Patel said in his speech).

Saad Rizvi literally personally visited Mahrang Baloch’s Islamabad dharna and TLP has
supported the recent Gwadar dharna, condemning state violence against peaceful
protesters. The fact you don't know this shows how poorly you have done research on TLP.
Regarding the people of Interior Sindh and South Punjab. Literally one of our worker was
martyred in Nawabshah, Sindh just because he was hanging a TLP election poster after a successful rally by Saad Rizvi in Nawabshah so saying we don't go there is an absolutely
false statement.
Also any person who has done good research regarding TLP will know when all politicians
were busy fighting during the historic flooding, Saad Rizvi personally visited South Punjab
and Interior Sindh and TLP led one of the biggest aid and rescue campaign in all of
Pakistan distributing crores of rupees worth of aid material.

Secondly, when has TLP fueled Sunni Shia conflict? Just recently TLP actually settled a

of even mentioning Parachinar, how is TLP even slightly connected to it? This is pure

move to a luxury home, the fact Saad Rizvi has not done this is proof of his simplicity.
Further, the speaker talked about “cars”. Kindly prove that those cars are Saad Rizvi’s
property, those are literally party property. Let's compare TLP with other Islamic parties on
this matter, let's compare it with your favorite Jamaat e Islami, does Hafiz Naeem travel in a
Suzuki Mehran? Just go to Mansoora and you will find the parking lot full of double cabins,
SUVs and other expensive cars. Even the good old Siraj ul Haq travels in a SUV, does that
mean he's not simple?

funded TLP's Faizabad Dharna in 2017
This is a false claim, the establishment didn't help TLP anyway during the dharna, if they had
helped us we could have saved our 8 martyrs.
The only thing which you could come up with will be the visuals of a Ranger official
distributing money among a few common protesters most importantly after the dharna ended.
We can agree that the 2017 Faizabad dharna was beneficial for the establishment in the
sense that it weakened the PML N government but the events of the next year prove that TLP
didn't take directions from anyone (It will be discussed further in this article).

This is the language which woke activists unfortunately speak. Yes Islam does allow privacy
but that doesn't allow you to corrupt the Quran and then distribute it in the confines of your
private school, it doesn't mean you can start satanic rituals in the boundaries of your
residence and it doesn't permit you to have homosexual relations in your home.
Regarding different ideologies, Islam in itself is an ideology, if you want to explore or
practice other ideas in the boundaries set by Islam, no doubt you can do it unless it
contradicts Islam.

from scholars and Islamic institutions during the initial judgment
This is a completely baseless claim. The Chief Justice didn't take advice from any Islamic
institution or scholar during the first judgment of the Mubarak Sani case. It was only done
during the review petition!!
These and several other mistakes I pointed out in the article show the gross lack of
knowledge of the speaker!!
● 2:34 to 2:47 - The speaker talks about why TLP's deputy placed
head money on Faiz Esa
The speaker tries to pass off the case and it's judgment as just “the law wasn't imposed at the
time of the act (crime)”
Firstly, who told you that law wasn't imposed at the time of the crime? The law was just
amended (in 2021) after the crime (distribution of corrupted version of Quran) took place. Just
go read the previous version of the law (before it was amended) known as “Quran act, 2011”
in which the punishment is at least 3 years of imprisonment.
The speaker spoke on the same lines as mainstream media covered it after the first judgment
regarding the Mubarak Sani case was given by the SCP. Did the speaker not read both the
verdicts and hear the opinions of legal experts or is it intentional misinformation being
spread by EON and the speaker?
Other than this, why didn't the speaker tell that Faiz Esa and his associates allowed Qadyanis
to do Islamic practices and propagate their false beliefs in private (read paragraph 42 of the
judgment) which contradicts article 298B and 298C of Pakistan Penal Code?
Now is this yet another example of his lack of knowledge on the subject he's confidently
discussing or was it intentionally done? These are questions which EON and the speaker
have to answer!
● 3:40 to 3:48 - The speaker says “TLP” took a different approach

Can EON or the speaker tell us when TLP says this? Was it mentioned in the official press
release published after the nationwide protests held on 28th of July, 2024?
All the people who placed the bounty on the head of Faiz Esa did it personally, TLP never
officially endorsed this and nor is it the policy of TLP regarding Faiz Esa.
Our demand regarding Faiz Esa is that he be removed from his post, his name be put on ECL
and he be persecuted under article 6 (which even MNA Abdul Qadir Patel said in his
speech).
