One of my worries about Baguio is its vulnerability to landslides. look at those houses on top. plus the effect of all those deep well on ground water that can cause sudden shift of elevation of an area. better make sure to consult reputable structural engineers before investing.

It’s very rare may masirang bahay dito cause of landslide napapabalita lang dito 1 or 2 houses every Super Typhoon and madalas nangyayari yan sa mga barong barong na bahay. You have the same chance masira yung house mo cause of earthquake dyan sa lugar nyo and masira bahay mo dito sa Baguio cause of landslide. It’s not as common as you think

The problem here is that there is no step-up to enter the house. In other words the house would take in a lot of rain water during the rainy season!
