Ok first of all, water is not burst damage. Dark is burst damage. Water is spam type. Second, you don't build your character base on it being burst or spam. You build items base on it's main stat.
I like ranger..haha. . I always laughing in pvp. Cause I always target the bowmaster haha... analyze their moves when you are ranger type. . Always target the back. . Hehehe.
I realise water is most powerful element than dark in artillery cause you can spam the SS with additional +200% dmg and coldown reduction.. Just use the other skill properly with timing so that the magic chaos will not gone or always in full stack
Yes if water element is applied to the Ultimate skill. Although, if dark element is applied to it, the damage changes from 1200% to 1400%. Im not sure about the exact number but it increases significantly. So, dark is still good. Only way to know is to test

sniper more on PVE(monster/dungeon) Artillery more on pvp but can do fine in dungeon

That happens to me too. I think it's a bug. Devs will fix it soon so don't worry about it
I'm trying to build perfect arti int/fd water build, Do u have best pet for this build? besides S class?
any pet that gives additional damage boost or reduces monster defense is ok. But I think building fd on water type arti is not the best idea.

hello..how can you beat a cleric saint?with damage absorb and heal?im an artellery class too..
If same BP, it's too difficult. They'll just heal. You can try spamming auto attack. And time your knockback skills so that you cancel their heal.

Unfortunately, you can't at the moment. Although they will surely release a change job scroll. But I don't have info on how to get it.

What is magic chaos?
It is your skill hit effect. It stacks multiple times and damages enemies overtime.
