Those 2 bedroom villas cost about 147k. The ones by the ocean was 200k. It's called SOSUA ocean. I think owners rent them out. GO on 5 about 3 miles from SOSUA towards cabretti. When she showed us the place she was obnoxious as he'll. Lots of security guys riding around.
I would like to see the layout after a heavy rain, I dont see any scaping for irrigation and flood control..the villa's themselves look prone to dampness, mold and possible flooding.

It's a complete nightmare including a US travel warning that it you enter Haiti it's at your own risk & the US isn't going to assist if you get in trouble there.

The only travel with come to Puerto Plata now is the flight so long we have to go from England we have to go somewhere else I've Germany Spain go to go to Washington from New York to Miami and then is such a 31 hours flight is 23 I've been into it can't do that kind of flying anymore so it is crazy now to get there and used to take 9 1/2 hours straight across from Gatwick to Puerto Plata makes it more difficult that's why I think you'll find that people go to punta Cana now because it's direct flight
