Hi! So this was imported to a grower who had the appropriate phytosanitary certificates for importing plants. After inspection and approvals, the grower shipped it to me, so I didn’t need any permits.
I’m in California. Importing requires phytosanitary certificates. How I did it was the plants were imported to a local grower who had the certificates and then it was shipped to me.
I swear the postpeople have spy training or something because they always do that to me! Like I'm just trying to be polite and meet you outside its not some undercover mission!
