This is the kind of real estate agent people need. TRUTH. I see no lies from his perspective regarding all of these communities. He's been spot on every single time.
It's so nice to have these videos, even just to know what's around and what there is to do in other areas surrounding ATL! Thanks for all the work you're doing with these videos!
Yes. I could live there! I did live there! I was born in 1972, and my great grandparents lived on Rivertown Rd. We called Fairburn "the country" and downtown was called "town" and I visited and stayed with them every spring and summer while growing up. So many good memories! Some of the buildings are still there. Oz pizza was Amos pharmacy where they'd get their medicine. I miss my gg's. Thks for this video. The home prices have gone up now.
I like houses off of Rivertown rd. It is more rural than fairburn proper. More land and better for traffic. I wanted to try to live without a car and still be in a more rural area. I’m planning to move either here of Palmetto in the next 2 years and test out life without a car. I wish Marta did a better job of coming down to southern Fulton county.
I love your videos. You do such a great job showing the overall picture of a city or town. I have only lived in Gwinnett county (12 years) but when I retire, years down the road, I want to move to a smaller, less congested area and these videos have really educated me on metro ATL and potential areas.
I love your tours... It's been sometime since I've visited Fairburn. It's nice to know that it still has that quaint vibe that I remember... Thanks for the tour... 😊
I need help!!! I'm not from GA and considering a home in Union city and Fairburn. Do anyone recommend union city? I havent seen hin do a video on there.
@@kellypabrua192 I heard that they are not good but homeschool is an option. I decided to just buy a house in Warner Robins where the schools are good and the crime is low.
Boy 20 years ago dude would have gotten tore up. Lightning is right behind where he is standing and if you werent a memeber of the families in the area you knew to go around.
@@raymondrileyjr Not you Bruh! You’re biased! You’re supposed to say that because you sell houses! 🤣😂😅😂. I’m kidding. Thank you for your response. I’ve made a note of your info just in case I actually do make the move I’m contemplating. I’ll bring you my business. Promise! 😘
@@BBFLYRISEN I use to live in Historic College Park and I LOVED it. So many good independent restaurants and super close to the city. Older bungalows and craftsman homes. I really enjoyed living there.
Just haven’t done those areas yet. Also the demographics will only be a link the in the video description versus discussing them in the video. More videos coming soon.

This town seems like a perfect place for me to live in.
I enjoyed this video.👍🏽
When the population grows they will build more, but these days it will be a fist fight with e-commerce. I will just drive to Atlanta or other areas
Thanks for watching and commenting!
I was a Paramedic in Fairburn for about 15 years.
Do you agree with him
I need this.. I don't want to live in Atlanta but my family stays there but I want to be in the vicinity of them

The OZ pizza is so good 😊
Thanks
I've visited Fairburn. It feels like home BUT how are the schools really? 🤔
I was wondering the same thing because said the schools are ok and that didn’t sound promising

😘 ❤ 🌹
UGF is GOATED
Is it heavily congested like Atlanta and Marietta?
I’d say slightly less for sure.
@@raymondrileyjr I'm relocating from Florida to Georgia and I need help finding a home to purchase.

Most people go to Peachtree City or Newnan
For those of you born in Georgia, would you say Fairburn is a nice place? Is it ghetto at all? Thanks.
No it’s not ghetto. Small maybe rural to some but definitely not ghetto as it relates to project housing, drug infested etc.

@@raymondrileyjr What about College Park? Is it a definite no, or is any part of it decent?

@@raymondrileyjr What about NOW though. How is College Park holding up? If there is a good zip code there what is it?👀
I do not want to live in Atlanta, only the outskirts, I need my space, I work remote
Thanks for watching and commenting!
Odd area, they spell things backwards there, according to their city sign. ;)
Hi
Why did you do a racial break down for Fairburn and not for Riverdale or Jonesboro. Riverdale is a little diverse

Lee Haney city
what is the level of conciousness of black folks there?
