But honestly speaking many of gynaecologist they suggest hysterectomy rather than embolization..and sir one query what are the chances of recurrence..and if a nulliparous women is having fibroid how is the outcome... Pls guide sir... I watch your all videos..they are more valuable... Many many thanks sir...
1) recurrence can vary depending on age from 5-15%. After 2-5 years. For someone near menopause it can be close to zero. For a nulliparous lady desiring fertility, literature says no risk or chances of low ovarian reserve. But it's still not approved by guidelines yet. So we keep caution in those females.

you are doing great job sir.. But honestly speaking many of gynaecologist they suggest hysterectomy rather than embolization..and sir one query what are the chances of recurrence..and if a nulliparous women is having fibroid how is the outcome...

1) recurrence can vary depending on age from 5-15%. After 2-5 years. For someone near menopause it can be close to zero. For a nulliparous lady desiring fertility, literature says no risk or chances of low ovarian reserve. But it's still not approved by guidelines yet. So we keep caution in those females.
