Like Derek and Carrie Ann said, this show is about positivity. Ryan is to be judged on his dancing, not his character. He messed up but he's just looking for a fresh start at the moment. They have a guy on the show who ran for president twice. I'm sure he's lied plenty of times.

Then a security protects Ryan Lochte when someone call him "liar", the security is doing his job. When a security protects private property in other country, Ryan Lochte prefers to call it a robbery. Very conveniant.

I agree. Security could have just handcuffed the protestor without tackling him. I am no fan of the protestor, but there's a difference between some guy standing there protesting and someone who is actively resisting detention or attacking or threatening the dancers. Too much force was used. This would have been a whole different story had the protestor cracked his head open on the dance floor as a result of the tackle.
I've worked security. trust me,tackling someone who is calmly standing is not a 'natural reflex action' It's understandable to react quickly to someone approaching, but you block and separate 1st, then heard them away while being alert to any sudden movements and restrain if necessary.

I have worked with a lot of green security guards in my time. This is typical of how they act when faced with a situation that they have never been in before. They over react. Regardless of the background on the security guard that tackled him, but he acted like a rookie. I don't even think the security guard said anything to the protestor, just tackled him. If you watch the clip, later there is another protestor that was just peacefully escorted off the stage by a member of the production crew. Two protestors made it to the dance floor. One got tackled to the ground and handcuffed the other one was peacefully escorted off the dance floor. The facts speak for themselves. Control your emotions and evaluate what's really going on before you go hands on.

He vandalized a gas station bathroom & pissed all over the walls "Literally", then tried to run back to the yellow cab that all 4 conveniently forgot the color of and security rolled up on em with guns. lol Its all on camera. He fled the country the next day back to US to avoid indictment. They pulled 2 swimmers that were with him off the plane before they fled, got em in that Brazilian police station and they were hittin Mariah Carey octaves with all that singing.lmao They said he made all that shit up. Only reason it was a trending topic of discussion is because he did that interview with NBC saying he was robbed at gun-point by men dressed as police and back talked the guy pointing the gun at him (yet he didn't get pistol whipped). The story kept changing when Brazilian law Enforcement opened investigation and concluded he lied about the events of that night. Security basically stopped them from fleeing and pulled out a gun when confronting them about the damages.
