- WILD BOAR WEEKEND NOW THE ACTION STARTS...
In part 1 we saw Dan account for one huge adult male Boar, and I also bag a Fox.
Now, this episode continues with the rest of the night, and the rest of the action packed weekend.
THERE'S ALSO ANOTHER CHANCE TO GET YOUR NAME IN THE DRAW FOR NEXT TIME. - กีฬา
Brilliant video guys well done again. I know first hand just how good of an experience it is there. I do hope I get another chance. Dan, well shot my good man.
As his “much older sister” and on behalf of my currently one legged brother in hospital, can I say a huge thank you for all the messages of support he has received. I am sure he will defy all the predictions yet again and will be out and about very soon. In the meantime, thanks from all the family 👏👍❤️
Thanks very much Kim and John for their support and making this happen so quickly.
Have a great holiday and bring some sunshine home for the rest of us to enjoy 👍
Craking video , hope you have speedy recovery
@gaskell29 thanks Derek, so do I . My laptop is put away for now mate👍
Makes me hungry when I think of all that wild boar meat. Good to see that things don't always go to plan. Good viewing, thanks. Big Steve, E. Yorks.
Hi Steve,
Now that’s exactly why I left the video in its raw state. Too bloody easy to show the highlights and not see what goes wrong, what actually happens. Sadly though chum, there are a few “Brilliant Expert Hunters “ out there , who chose NOT to enter their name in the draw, and then pick fault in the footage and weekend in general !
All bar one, have had great reactions from all of Dan’s stalking clients and lots of interest in Hik products too👍👍
If you’re going to the show, go and find Robin and give him a hug from me 🫢👍
🤢🤢🤢 Even greener with envy now David after seeing part 2 . I really enjoyed both of them. Can you put me in for the next draw please . See you at the British Shooting Show. Steve .
I will indeed Steve, but I can’t go chum, I’ll still be in stitches and on restriction of movement
@@predatorprotectionuk . Oh dear , not to worry, you are nothing without your health and there are plenty of other shows anyway. Rest and repair David and I look forward to your future videos .Thanks Steve .
A cracking weekend, congratulations to all 👏👏👏👍👍
Cracking video mate, great work on the squirrels and what is it with guests falling asleep in you're company 🤔🤔😂 it must be boaring .
I don’t know Jim 🤷🏼♂️

That was great to watch. Lucky Dan,.. from the 3rd reserve. Maybe I'll be first drawn next time. But whoever is drawn l wish them a keen eye and a steady aim.
Well done James, drop your name in an email to go in the next draw matey 👍👍👍
Now that’s what you call a good weekend. Hopefully all goes well after your hospital visit.👍
Hi Gerry,

Well done Dan, bacon sandwiches and pork chops until about mid 2026 lol 😝

@nimrod260rem3 yes please and I’ll start a fresh list
Done mate sent you an email! How come your back in hospital, hip not going right 🤔
@nimrod260rem3 second hip replacement, I’ve got both bionic now
Good video , but tell the truth , there is no sow with them humbugs as they are looking for her as you shot her earlier , the sow is in milk in your store room
Hi Julian,
Yep I can see where you’re coming from chap, I ended up with a load of footage from the Pulsar device that I had thought I’d put in time order, I failed to include the clip showing the sow prior to the youngster legging it to the food. You’ll have to accept that it was there chap. The sow shot 4 hours earlier was Definitely on her own, absolutely no doubt about that, and what was below her teats when opened up, exactly the same as a dry old doe rabbit.
Dependant piglets will not appear 4 hours later looking for milk. Check the daylight footage I showed, those striped ones are within 6 feet of the sows.
Thanks for watching though, and mentioning your concerns. Dan being a Deer manager ensured he was happy that the sow was indeed on her own , prior to the shot we checked everywhere on our three thermal scopes for anything else inbound.
I hope that’s answered your question?
David.
I’m not doing any more editing now as I’ve got a long recovery ahead
Just to add to David’s returned comment. In the video you can clearly see the piglets eating from the piles of maize, indicating they are of a weaner age or above, also having carried out a full carcass autopsy of the sow . It was clear to see she was not in heat, no evidence of pregnancy of any stage, very warn down teeth plus other signs of older age and a good example of the term barren sow.
@dannewman9306 Thanks for your additional information Dan. I expected you would be more qualified to provide a more experienced report on the animals condition. I thought I had a memory of age being quite old, but I was also trying to document everything from your weekend.
I suppose if I had added all three Boar being cleaned out, that final piece of the puzzle would have clearly been shown.
But I didn’t want to risk a TH-cam ban on showing those videos.
Thanks again for the brilliant weekend
